Selection Process
Owning a home is a truly rewarding experience. With home ownership comes a sense of financial and emotional security for both you and your family. Besides the satisfaction of living in a place of your own, a home is a valued investment that grows with time. If you have already selected your home, choose from our range of financing options. If you are currently looking for a home, start your search with confidence and peace-of-mind by opting for our pre-approval facility.
Finance Process
1: Submit your application with documentation
Once you have chosen the financing option that is best suited to your needs, fill in and submit the application form, along with the required documents, to your nearest Tamweel office. We will contact you if your documents are incomplete.
2: Approval
At this stage, your application will be reviewed. Upon completion of your documents, you will be guaranteed a decision within 5 working days. Your financing has now been confirmed. Alternatively, you can opt for our fast track 48 Hours approval process.
3: Confirmation
Once your application for financing is accepted (subject to approval by Tamweel), a facility offer letter is sent to you outlining terms such as the finance amount, tenure, profit rates and charges. You must sign and return your facility offer letter to confirm your acceptance. Successful applicants must identify their property selection at this stage.
4: Disbursal
At the final stage, simply complete your disbursal documents, and provide Tamweel with the installment cheques or Standing Order through your bank. Both you and a Tamweel signatory will be required to jointly sign the financing agreement.
